There are two methods of fixing between the aluminum profile and the plate.
One is to use aluminum profile accessories, that is, to build a bracket with corner pieces, and then fix the board on it. You can also use an interval connection block. Insert the end of the interval connecting block into the profile groove, rotate 90 degrees, it is tightly fixed on the profile, and then you can install the panel on the profile, and then lock it with bolts, simple and convenient installation, easy to disassemble.
The other is to use two aluminum profiles to fix the plate, and both ends are locked with fastening bolts. The use of this connection method requires that the thickness of the plate and the installation process holes be confirmed in advance.
Application: Particle board and aluminum profiles are often used together to make a variety of protective covers, chassis cabinets, fence partitions, tool cabinets and so on.
