Electrophoretic coating can achieve uniform coating on the surface of aluminum profiles, and the coating thickness is controllable. This can improve the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the aluminum profile. After the aluminum profile is electrophoretic coated, the coating forms a chemical bond with the surface of the aluminum profile, which has good adhesion and is not easy to fall off.
