There are currently four types of casters used on the market for T-slot profiles, which are Forma casters, compound casters, flat casters, and screw casters (also called threaded rod movable casters). These four casters are equipped with brake function, and are also divided into two installation methods: flat plate and screw.
The installation of the flat casters depends on the style of the holes in the profile you choose. If it is a flower hole, the end connection plate is required for over-connection. It is a hexagonal bolt inside the slide nut. If there are four holes in the end face of the profile, the four holes can be directly attacked and the inner hexagonal bolts can be directly installed.
The installation of screw casters is also divided into two types, which also depend on the end face of the selected profile. If the end connecting plate is used like a flower hole, the coordination of bolts and nuts is not required, and the screws on the end connecting plate are directly attacked. The thread diameter is consistent with the caster thread and can be tightened directly. If the end face has four small holes, the tapping diameter of the middle hole is consistent with the threaded rod.
