The application of industrial aluminum profiles has made the automation equipment industry rich and colorful. Industrial aluminum profiles come in many specifications and models, and customers need to select the appropriate specifications for frame customization. So how to choose? 1. Load bearing

The problem of load-bearing is the fundamental element, and it is also a platitude problem. When each T-slot profile is designed, the load bearing has been determined, so each profile has its own load bearing requirements and scope of use. For example, the commonly used 3030 profile has a bearing capacity of about 200 kg, so it can be used to make a workshop single workbench. Another example is the commonly used 4040 profile, the bearing range is about 300 kg, so it can be used to make the assembly line workbench. Aluminum profiles from 15 series to 120 series are available, the maximum bearing range can reach more than 3500 kg. Therefore, the load-bearing capacity of aluminum profiles and stainless steel is similar, and there is no need to worry about the load-bearing problem.

2. Price

The price factor is also an important reference condition for many small partners in model selection. If the price is expensive, it is generally not considered. After all, the cost is limited. For example, the price difference between 4040 light profiles and 4040 standard profiles is 10 yuan/meter. At this time, many customers will choose 4040 light profiles. As long as more price-fixed connectors are used, the load-bearing requirements can be met. But don’t blindly go for cheap pictures and choose profiles with poor quality or substandard load-bearing capacity. This will only cause a waste of resources and affect later use.

3. Personal preference

It is because there are many models and specifications of aluminum profiles that customers have the opportunity to choose and can choose according to their favorite styles. For example, the profile is divided into national standard and European standard, the section groove is not the same, and different accessories will be used to connect. Of course, different countries, the model of the mold is not the same. Many customers will not consider the price issue, directly choose the right specifications according to their preferences.
