In the application of material conveying in factory automation, there are often ultra-long linear movements, and ultra-long industrial aluminum profiles can be used as the installation beam of ultra-long linear guides. Ultra-long industrial aluminum profiles usually have the following two splicing methods:
1. Through the T-shaped guide bar in the T-shaped slot to fix the connecting plate, usually used in the general size of aluminum profiles;
2. Punch holes in the T-slot and use high-strength bolts to fix the connection plate located in the aluminum profile cavity, which is usually used in large aluminum profiles because of the need for higher connection rigidity.
