The double-speed chain pallet is an indispensable conveying carrier in the automated production line. Its main function is to carry workpieces of various shapes and sizes.

1. Plastic (PA) frame module with aluminum or steel support plate;

2. Use positioning pin sleeves to position the pallet, and the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.2mm;

3. Standard induction gasket, with proximity switch to detect the position of the pallet;

4. Scope of application: Synchronous belt conveyor line, flat belt conveyor line, flat top chain conveyor line, double-speed chain conveyor line, roller conveyor line, etc.;

5. It can be matched with the elevator to form a double-layer double-speed chain assembly line to achieve reciprocating conveying;

6. It can be matched with the lateral conveying unit to form a ring conveyor belt to achieve reflux conveying;
